She fights kamito and during the fight she talks all about how she was the one who loved him the one who did everything for him and she's had to watch the others get ahead of her so she fights Kamito with Georgios eventually Kamito gets close enough to kiss her to get her out of the spell.

I've been wondering for a while, but why does everyone keep on calling the first form of absolute blade arts "Purple Lightning"? Last I checked, it was just a sword slash and had nothing to do with lightning and wasn't it translated as Purple Lightening before? When you also consider that it was alternately translated as "violet flash" in the manga, it makes you wonder where the "lightning" part came from.

Nevertheless she was still happy to reunite with her sisters Rinslet and Mirelle. After that she told Kamito about the identity of the said angel army that she had witnessed back when she was possesed ( This part is too complicated so I pass.....). With Restia is back, Kamito decided to return to the Academy at once. Before he leaves, Rinslet reluctantly pulled his sleeves and made a surprise attack: a kiss!!. She stated how this kiss had saved her many times like when in the mountain or when in her castle fighting back the ice dragons. Kamito was reminded of how Ellis recovered so fast after having kissed him. Resita was surprisingly bad with the horse like a certain Imperial princess as Kamito think the reason for that must have been because she always fly. In the end he made her sit along with him as they traveled back to the Academy.

Fianna started to get bad feelings as the Prime Minister after entrusting her the Blood Stone last time suddenly fell ill and therefore absent in this morning meeting. As the meeting began, a Count form the Prince's faction got to point quickly stating that the election of the successor to the throne is the the current priority now. As this stirred up the a heated argument in the hall, the current emperor openly declared his successor would be Fianna, much to the prince and his faction as well as Fianna's dismay. An uproar happened but not for long as suddenly the Blood Stone in Fianna's possesion started to glow and manifested the archdaemon class spirit, namely the "Earl", which was originally Greyworth's spirit before her curse severed her contract with it. Greyworth was speechless at this surreal scene as the spirit swiftly made it way to the emperor. Before brandishing its scythe toward the frightened emperor, it was stopped by the two number seat "Fourth" and "Third". After it was subdued, Fianna and Greyworth were held down the gravity power of the "Third" and the prince brutally declared their treasonous act against the royal family before arresting them.
Chap 4, Kamito's group made it back to the Academy in one piece and yeah as usual the gossip didn't die as long as Kamito is in the Academy like the Demon King made a new girl his slave again (refering to the color illustartion where Kamito pulled Restia's hands around). Funny scene where Est got hungry upon getting near the ice cream store. On another closer look, look like Carol works there as well. When Restia met Est (For the 1st time?) she tried to be friendly but Est shot back a killing glare on reflexes. When Kamito told her about Restia's memory loss, she immediately asked if Restia remembered about her battles with them or the sock stripping stuff she had done against Est. Interesting look like this woman is also from Lugia just like Lurie from vol 12 so no need to discuss her side now? (Look like the Ordesia has been rooted deeply with Lugia Kingdom now. That also explained why back in vol 13, the Ninth Number Virrey got order from the "Umbra" to cease her chase of Lurie......). AFter she left, the Lugia's Cardinal Millennia appeared from her disguise of the missing Prime Minister. She borrowed Sjora Khan's Baldanders so she can now literately turn into anyone whose shadow is stolen by her now. The real one got assasinated just a few days ago. She told the prince to fufil her demand to meet the Dusk Witch in exchange for her helping him assured the throne for himself. That bastard wondered why she concerned with Greyworth but still told her that Greyworth is in the research tower (Now the mystery in the Epilogue is solved my dear friend given Baldanders's ability to replicate a person's past power regardless of their current stage ....and that gave birth to a new question: Where in the world is Greyworth?!?!? Kamito is going to have a big time finding her!!). A few hours after the arrest of Kamito's group, a flying ship boarded near the Academy. With a blazing red mask on her face, a girl gave her instruction to a knight to go to where Kamito's group is.

While he could make a hundred of princess maidens his servants, he could only distribute his power to at best nine of them. In addtion to being a elementalist, in order to become a Dark Queen one must fufil other conditions ( which Rubia pretty much point out that all members of team Scarlet possess and indeed now they are most likely Kamito's Dark Queens now. Oh right its funny how Fianna the perverted princess is the last one to become one in this vol ^^). Those who accepted his power won't be swallowed by the otherworldly darkness. Just as the story procceed so seriously, Rubia dropped a bombshell: "How about trying with me then?" (Flag raised!!~!~!~!????~!~!? The Boss?!?~?~!) which made Kamito skipped a heartbeat (see illustration) but soon he find out that was just her joke ( First time seeing her joking and what can i say.....DON'T GET MY HOPE ON YOU BITCH!!). They would meet a "Skeleton Alliance" merchant who would show them the secret entrance into the palace once they safely got through the capital's gateway. By the way, this seemed late but both Muir and Lily were having their own seperate missions since the beginning which is why we didn't see them at all in this vol. Then they would proceed to start their war with Lugia kingdom as planned. When the meeting is over and Kamito prepared his leaving, Restia came in his room with a restless look while asking where he is going. Kamito asked if she heard from Claire but she she shocked her head saying she felt some kind of a bad premonition. Chap 5, Kamito was handcuffed and detained in a prison facility heavily engraved with restraint enchantment. Est was taken away while Claire and Restia were locked up together in a different room. Freya the shadow spirit user and teacher of the Academy came to rescue Kamito. On the other hand, Ellis with her usual stupid sense of chivarly demanded to be ........locked up as well. I can't translate the reason because I am incompetent but it look like something like "not fair"........ Restia started to get depressed thinking she was the reason for their arrest. Claire got to play the gentle sister role and gives her some biscuits she made previously for Kamito while comforting her that her friend Ellis would save them......And speak of devil Ellis came ......... to be locked up together with them. Claire became silent while giving out a heavy sigh in her mind about her foolish friend. Freya and Kamito found the location of Claire's group but to do the rescue one must be a decoy and Kamito took the role. He lured the Imperial Knights t the Spirit Forest where he first met Claire to stall for time. With Freya successfully freeing the Claire's group, they started to advance forward more stronger with Claire and Ellis combo attack to Est's location. Freya later seemed to be seperated with Kamito's group by a sand based attack. Having arrived at the said location, they found Est to be restrained heavily with many seals which proved to be useless against the current Terminus Est Zwei who had inherited Restia's Vorpal Sword power. As they tried to forced their way out of the Academy, they got ambushed by the Knight Leader adn many other elite knights. That was when numerous explosive attack coming from above the sky raining down the Knight like Heaven's judgment. Stood in the sky is Ellis's adopted sister, Velsaria whose appearance shocked everyone in the scene as it was the fact that she should be locked up and above all she couldn't use spirit for now. The Knight Leader decided to retreated with chargin as she couldn't afford any more casualties. The group was taken aboard the battle ship which came later.
Chap 6, after the group got on the flying battle ship, many military battle ships came chasing after them. The ship accelerated suddenly making Kamito lost his center of gravity and bumped into the three girl. He felt something soft in his hand though abit small which turned out to be Claire's pitiful bud (Illustartion). He was later guided into the meeting room by an assassin girl from Instrumental School. Unsurprisingly the master of the battle ship was our blazing Rubia Elstein. She told Kamito about the her current activity now being the Fire Elemental Lord's recue mission in the Lugia Kingdom. She explained even though she is now a former Fire queen, the crest (Or blessing? I dont know somehow a spirit link I suppose) she got from the Fire Elemental Lord somehow? informed her of the fact the Fire Elemental Lord still havent been liberated by kamito yet. Through the "Skeleton Alliance"(?)'s network, she found a trail of the Lord in Lugia Kingdom's palace. A few days ago she sneaked into the palace and somehow the crest started to react on reaching into the palace so she is positive that the Lord is in the Lugia Palace. She told him all about the secrets of Lugia Kingdom like Des Esseintes, the Eye Of Darkness and the Cardinal Milennia Santus. (Again too complicated so i pass). She told him all these important pieces of information in hope of gaining Kamito as her subordinate. Back to Fianna's prison scene where the Queen in training is giving her meal while telling her about the bastard prince's crowned ceremony three day later. Reaching out to the bread, she found a spirit ore. After injecting a small amount of divine power, the spirit started played out Rubia's voice recording with the message being that Kamito would surely come to rescue her. Fianna cheered up as she believed she wasn't such a misfortune princess after all.
Chap 7, Ellis was led to the room Velsaria was resting. There she found the culprit who made her sister miserable right now, Vivian the Curse Armnament Merchant. Velsaria was sleeping in a huge coffin-like thing with a lot of tubes. When Ellis demanded an explanation about Vivian's appearance here as well as this huge thing. Vivian imediately answered that she was trying to cure Velsaria out of her curse and that she was the only one who could do so. When Ellis wanted to protest, Velsaria woke up coughing a bit and told all those thing Vivian said were right, that she came back to the battle fight to regain her honor as a knight full of chivalry as well to atone for her past. When Ellis was finally convinced, she told Velsaria it would be okay since Kamito would be fighting together with them. Velsaria made a grin on hearing that "Together huh?" which Ellis got flustered. Velsaria stated that since this would be an opportunity to talk with him now since their last meeting (.......I have a feeling Kamito's flag raising skill in this vol just escalate to a whole new level.....). Suddenly Velsaria asked "Have you done it with Ren- I mean Kamito yet?" to which Ellis shyly answer " We are just okay with holding hand now." (....The kiss?). Velsaria on hearing that gave Ellis an terrying look "I see...". (....Look like this knightly sister of her is also amazed at her slow progress as well....). Nightfall, While Est in her sword form and Restia were sleeping sweetly, Claire was having her usual sweet dream regarding her and Kamito like "Kamito, why made me wear the collar~~" so our dear Kamito had a night walk outside. He met Rubia and a swift silence befell until Kamito opened his mouth saying Claire and the Elstein family were waiting for her return. Rubia replied that she didn't plan to die any time soon as she decided to at least atone for her crime before death. She told Kamito that soon he wouldn't be able to suppress the power of the Darkness Elemental Lord and that he need to find the nine princess maiden (Queens?) whom he would distribute his power to through the act of kissing. While he could make a hundred of princess maidens his servants, he could only distribute his power to at best nine of them. In addtion to being a elementalist, in order to become a Dark Queen one must fufil other conditions ( which Rubia pretty much point out that all members of team Scarlet possess and indeed now they are most likely Kamito's Dark Queens now. Oh right its funny how Fianna the perverted princess is the last one to become one in this vol ^^). Those who accepted his power won't be swallowed by the otherworldly darkness. Just as the story procceed so seriously, Rubia dropped a bombshell: "How about trying with me then?" (Flag raised!!~!~!~!????~!~!? The Boss?!?~?~!) which made Kamito skipped a heartbeat (see illustration) but soon he find out that was just her joke ( First time seeing her joking and what can i say.....DON'T GET MY HOPE ON YOU BITCH!!). Next morning, Rubia along Kamito and Claire had a tactical meeting. The plan is to get both Kamito and Claire into the palace as a noble woman and a officer woman. ( I don't who is the noble or who is the officer. Also look like there are no crossdressing illustrration of Kamito. So sad T.T). They would meet a "Skeleton Alliance" merchant who would show them the secret entrance into the palace once they safely got through the capital's gateway. Then after they rescue Fianna, they would meet up with Rubia's group later in the neighboring country ( Can't translate the name) and there Rubia would establish a new Ordesia Empire and hold the coronation of Fianna as its female emperor in order to oppose the puppet prince who would be manipulated by the Lugia Kingdom. By the way, this seemed late but both Muir and Lily were having their own seperate missions since the beginning which is why we didn't see them at all in this vol. Then they would proceed to start their war with Lugia kingdom as planned. When the meeting is over and Kamito prepared his leaving, Restia came in his room with a restless look while asking where he is going. Kamito asked if she heard from Claire but she she shocked her head saying she felt some kind of a bad premonition. There is an uneasy look in her eyes though that to be natural as she had lost all her memories and all she had left is the only person she could only rely on, Kamito. Kamito couldn't afford to risk bringing her along as she was a target of the Lugia kingdom as well now. He gently stroked her head while promised he would come back with his friends. She knew he was burdened with a heavy fate but she still wanted him to come back. When he gave his promise, she hugged him with a smile while wondering why her tears kept flooding out.

Velsaria might be possible too because of her past obsession with Ren Ashbell and she might fully regain her power if she kisses Kamito. I think the additional condition is the girls need to be in love with Kamito. If this is the case then the two of the remaining candidates are most likely:

-Leonora is the only one other than the 4 main girls in Team Scarlet confirmed to be in love with Kamito, and the next volume is about her so she's definite.
-Muir has known Kamito longer than all the other girls and she considers Kamito as her Onii-sama and that can be considered as a form of love.

Rubia has a good chance of being in love with Kamito since all the things she's been doing are connected to Kamito. Velsaria is a good chance too because of her past obsession with Ren Ashbell and now she knows that Kamito is Ren Ashbell.

Yes!!! zzhk is back!!! Man I waited for you so long that I couldn't resist the urge to use trash transla- I mean machine translation. Now that zzhk is back and point out most of the correction, I guess I can sit back now waiting for actual things. Thanks for the corrections as well zzhk.
Well I will stop posting half baked translation now but to avoid complains like "If you are already going this far, at least finish it!!" ( I am scared of zzhk-senpai's harsh comments, they are bad for my fragile heart so please forgive me), I will spoil about some important facts and discoveries in the final chapters:

When Cardianl Millenia got there it seemed like she did something to Greyworth (????).
- Kamito started to show side that made him far away from being human now. His divine power showed no sight of exhaustion now even when he stormed in the palace using his Absolute Blade Art for pretty long. In fact even Est is feeling something eerie about his body's change. Kamito had an idea about it being the Darkness power of Ren Ashdoll. He gave Est a stroke while assuring her that if that darkness power wanted to consume him then bring it on yeah!
- Fianna got out of the prison on her own. Look like she got a lot of blood in progress ( I don't but it look like something regarding the Royal Family's blood...) but she still alive and kicking so who care. At least it was that until she encountered that hateful " Third" and after a few moments of exchanging blows, its clear the "THird" had upper hand. That bitch happily tortured Fianna before killing her which turned out to be a bad move as Kamito came to save Fianna in the last moment. She took a step back in instinct and used her gravity field on Kamito. Kamito asked if Fianna could used her "Save the queen" as it could negate the power of the gravity field. As she depleted her divine power now, she couldn't use it. Kamito asked if she believed in him and she answer immediately yes. Next came a kiss from Kamito and then Fianna felt an invisible power flowing through her. SHe felt that it was a taboo power but she still greedily accepted it. Then STQ on and the bitch tried to run away but got punished by Kaito in the end with ABA Purple Lightning.
When they rest a bit, Kamito apologied for the kiss but Fianna happily said let keep it a secret between them. Next moment Kamito felt killing intent and pushed Fianna away and opss! Red blood from his belly baby! He turned his head back and there stood Gryworth. End.

Completely wrong again. The Empire performed inhumane experiments at the tower during the Ranbal War, not that Greyworth was experimented on back then. In recent months, Prince Arneus had been conducting experiments there for his own private gain while disguising the tower as a military installation. It is now, after being arrested for attempted assassination, that Greyworth is being used for experiments.

And quite obviously, anyone with common sense would know that Fianna LOST a lot of blood rather than "got a lot of blood" in the process of breaking out of jail. And no, #3 of the Numbers is under the prince's orders to keep Fianna alive for now, so can you stop adding your own embellishments such as "which turned out to be a bad move as Kamito came to save Fianna in the last moment"?

I don't think honor of their family is the biggest problem right now. Also Est has rejected 53 elementalist before Kamito. What makes you think that she is going to accept Claire?

It's obvious the additional condition is that the girls need to be in love with Kamito. So far the only ones confirmed are Claire, Fianna, Ellis, Rinslet and Leonora. Kamito should have at least 5 princess maidens then. Muir is possible too because Kamito is her Onii-sama. There's a good chance that Rubia is also in love with Kamito.

The 4 girls in Team Scarlet have kissed with Kamito so they're officially princess maidens. Leonora should be next since the next volume most likely will focus on her.

This can be assumed but it somehow does not convince me. Then I have even more questions:
- Why choose many spirits to fight along the corrupted Elemental Lords while many others fought alongside Ren Ashdoll?
- Why did the winning Elemental Lords removed all proof of the Darkness Elemental Lords existence? If it's just because she fought against them I think it's quite a harsh punishment, considering she fought them because they were corrupted
- Why didn't they sought a more peaceful solution?
- They created the "system" of the sacred queen to suppress the reincarnation of the Darkness Elemental Lord but they did nothing to permanently remove the Darkness, even while knowing the risk?

Maybe it's just as you said and there is no deeper meaning in it, but since there is no evidence it's quite speculated. It's also possible that Ren Ashdoll had ulterior motives for example killing or enslaving the others elemental lords and ruling over them, since we don't know much about her.

It's not like he doesn't care, it's just he seems to feel less dutiful than he would if it was almost any other girl (even outside the main ones). Well the volume isn't over yet so maybe he'll show some more determination after he gets Fianna.

Presumably, the motivations behind the Spirit War will be revealed eventually. Until then, all we know is that the 5 Elemental Lords won so history makes them the righteous side.

The effects of Kamito's darkness powers will definitely get explored in further volumes, but it's all speculation at this point. I don't think Blade Dance is a series aiming for a tragic ending, however.

November is the earliest, yes, but I'm still not expecting anything until January or February myself.

I have the same thoughts as well. The princess maidens of the past demon lord were part of his massive harems which number to a hundred. Meaning they were already in love with him from the start.
