All the Dragonball Z ones are done by the group Team Four Star only, though since they are the most renowned they do tend to get a ton of outside volunteers. I wouldn't be surprised if they manage to get an actual anime dub voice actor/actress to do a role for them down the road.

Each quality abridged series is usually done by a different group/person considering it's likely simpler to focus on a single series until it's finished. Though sometimes you may get the odd one-shot of another series from them, like TFS' attempt at abridging a single episode of Hellsing Ultimate.

This is a joke i got from a Canadian cartoon show called Freaky Stories. Because it's been a long time since i last saw it, it might not be accurate.

Chatty Monk
One day, a young man came to a monastery and told the Head monk that he came to find some meaning in his life. The Head Monk agree to take the young man in and to help him to find some meaning in his life, he suggest the man should take a vow of silence which after a year has pass, for one day, he was allow to say two words about what he found about his life after living with them.

And so the man began his life as a silent monk; helping growing vegetables in the garden, eating the same meals everyday, arranging books in the library, scribbling religious scribes and sleeping in his bed in his room.

When a year had past, the monks of the monastery came to the altar to hear the first two words from the young man since he took his vow of silence. The man went to the altar, raise his hand which signal he was about to speak and everyone went silent and he spoke:

"HARD, WORK."

After hearing this, the monks wonder what this meant until they came to the conclusion it meant he had found the virtues of hard work. The monks praise the young man for giving such great wisdom. And so the young man continue his life as a silent monk.

Another year had past and it was for the young man to say his two words again. Word had spread about this young man which monks from nearby monasteries came to see him speak. The young man came to altar again, raising his hand, which everyone went silent. And so the man said his two words:

"FOOD, SAME."

Just like before, the monks wonder what it meant until they came to the conclusion that he meant all foods are the same so we shouldn't be picky on what we eat. The monks were marvel by this young man's insight and praised him. And so the young man continue his life as a silent monk.

Another year had past again and it was time for the young man to speak his two words. Due to his fame, many monks from near and far, local and foreign including Archbishops came to see this man and hear his wisdom. Like before, everyone wonder what it meant and came to the conclusion it meant life is rough like a rough bed but at least it's better than nothing. The monks and Archbishops praise the young man for his wisdom, seeing his as their generation next, greatest scholar.

But much to everyone's surprise, the young man raised his hand again. Everyone was shocked by this. He had more to say? What was so important that he break his vow of silence for two words only? As everyone kept silent, the young man spoke his next two words, his final ones:

"I, QUIT."

And the man left the altar, packed his belongings and left the monastery, never seen again. As everyone went confused on what he said and his sudden decision to leave, the Head monk of the monastery had these two words to say.

"Good Riddance! The man was always complaining all the time."

Freelancers here work differently because there is mandatory contribution to pension, so employers wouldn't give as good contracts as they do overseas.
