maybe the kiss was like leaving a marker or tracer on Lelouch. V.V can teleport stuff, so maybe C.C can teleport to Lelouch or something. She has to get out of the ocean somehow.

His strategy in season 1 failed. So obviously he has to change the way he does things. The only person who fits the White Queen piece I can think of is Nunnally.

The dumbest thing about starting with the King or Queen, is that you can't move them the first turn in chess.

Ah, but the Opening doesn't count; it is merely taking up strategic positions across the empty board in preparation for the real assault. The King is only viable as an attacking piece in the Endgame, when there is far less enemies on the board.

I have a possible explanation for Lulu controlling White pieces this season; It is customary in tournaments for two players to swap colors after each game, because White moves first and is an advantage. So metaphorically, Lulu had lost the first game, but he has now began a NEW game as White.

It's "a whole new boardgame", so to speak.

I was a little surprised at Kallen looking all deredere for Lelouch right away. I guess they decided to just have them working together from the start and explain everything in the inevitable cliffhanger flashback. Smart move in my opinion, we knew they would work together again anyway and it's been a whole year so that is plenty of time to sort out their issues, better than spending episodes on him winning her back. Of course that is assuming there isn't any amnesia going on.

Yay, pictures!! Well things look interesting so far. A bit surprised by Kallen though. Didn't expect her to act like that at all.

This is almost too weird to not be a matrix like beginning for Lelouch. Maybe the kiss was some sort of tracer. Not really surprised of that was the case. Kallen is the most confusing part of this though. She looks way to positive so if this isn't a dream world or something I will be surprised.

not sure how much of the black knights being arrested and Kallen being a bunny girl is reality, (then again all those other screens probably are in the 'real world') but oh god this is looking awesome.

Two theories really right now.

One: The entire thing is a dream world for Lelouch except perhaps for things like the Knights being arrested and Suzaku becoming a Knight of the Rounds. Maybe Kallen is his girlfriend or something of the sort and is helping him with everything. If Lelouch is going to Ashford with his "brother" Rollo without any real concern for Nunnally as well as going back to what he was doing at the start of season 1, this makes the most sense. Otherwise, everyone would have questioned him on where Nunnally was.

Two: Lelouch either has amneisa or is simply trying to rebuild the Knights through his old method. Kallen is either working with him after resolving everything or she has just found him. In any case, she probably realized that whether she likes it or not, the Knights need Zero in order to win.

I'm probably going to go insane waiting for this. I need answers!!! Please let there be some spoilers concerning this!

In any case, LelouchXKallen just became a much bigger possibility than before and I'm almost inclined to believe that it is going to happen by the end. C.C. is doomed anyway, so I guess this is the only answer for a happy ending pairing.

i think the reaosn why it is white because Zero has gone poof (?)
i always thought of Zero as being his black side and Lelouch being the white pieces
could be because he has sworn Zero off during that time period, though we all know he will be back...

as for the rest, Diethard and Lakshatta being missing from action makes kind of sense to me, i find that interesting after the whole Nina bomb experience and i wonder how much of an effect it had..
maybe both sides did stop fighting, because if it would go off it would be big trouble, its too much of a risk to guess if it wont work, Britannia still being leader of the country could have easily arrested them..

but thank god finally some news on Kallen, i was thinking that because of the silence surounding her future that she was dead or something, but she's back and wearing a bunny costume..
maybe for a part time job cause she cant go back to Ashford, i guess she has to make money whenever she can, walking around as a waitress in a bunny costume

as for Lelouch, the kiss and everything, i got no speculations for that because the possibilities are enourmus int hat section, maybe he was given the immortalily gift or something else, i got absolutely no clue
as for CC in that picture, heck her being immortal she could even swim to the surface or teleport, God knows... i can only guess that when i see the actual trailer...

i wonder who the new chinese guy is and i wonder if we get to see that person in season one, sitting on a chair in a field watching a television screen ( i think it was back in the Euphemia anounces the special equalisation boots during the pizza fest, or when she flips..), maybe they're related but who knows...

as for Lelouch, back at gambeling after school etc. lol
or he seriously has amnesia or he's just laying low for a moment to rethink his strategy, Nunnally's dissapearance may have something to do with this attitude especially since we dont know why Rolo showed up nor where Nunnally actually is (but the background suggested that it is in Britannia because the Emperor was seen in a same area talking to the dead etc. and watching Lelouch's actions... also the place where they anounced the legend of Ragnarock again)

That screen of Lelouch using a white queen really does seem to be the biggest suggestion that something is wrong with his memories/head.
