(L) Nabari no Ou

This is my always unrestful feelings wether or not I should start to read the manga.

I hate to have to seperate endings to relate to. Usually the manga IS better than the anime. but, I really enjoy Nabari no Ou anime, so I supose I should be satisfied only with the anime, IF the ending is good. Hopefully it will have a good ending.
I prefer endings in anime for instance the Fruits Basket; It had a proper ending in my opinion. It wasn't different from the manga, still, it managed to end it good even though the manga is very longer than the anime.

Sorry, kinda "scared" of the anime to have a bad ending. Then I'm "forced" to read the manga as well, thus giving me two endings.

Btw, does the manga approach the ending soon, or does it seems like the ending is out of reach...yet?

I'm a little worried about the ending too, but I don't think it'll be that bad. If it does end differently from the manga (I think it will), it's not a big deal. I tend to look at the anime as the anime and the manga as the manga; they're different to me anyway. If you hate the way one ends, you can just watch or read the other and hope for a better outcome.

I actually don't know if it's quite near the end yet. But if I had to guess, I'd say it's at least half over. If you're thinking of reading it, my advice would be DO IT >>;;;;

Then again, I like the manga better anyway xD. If you end up hating the anime, give it a try.

Rather... uneventful.

-Talking between Raimei and Glasses over life and Miharu, pass

-Tobari goes missing... but they find him... and he goes missing again. Oi, oi...

-More emo-ing from Yoite.

Is basically how the episode went.

Surprisingly, there was quite a bit of action between Yukimi and various other characters this episode.
It was funny (seriously, what kind of development is this...) when Raimei tricks Yukimi to go with her to the school (how dumb is Yukimi...), but Tobari happens to be there as well (truly "the truth that came from a lie").

Preview: Not looking forward to this... Lots of emo-ing Yoite, and some Miharu x Yoite drama

Really dug episode 17 (subs are out in the usual places)...I really can't wait for 18 now. Perhaps this original animation isn't such a bad thing...I'm that much more interested when I have no idea what is going to happen next.

I really enjoyed episode 17. It was a good blend of action and drama, though as i've stated in the past i perfectly enjoy this series while there's no action.

Thobari had his cool moments in this episode. I do wonder where he's gone now though, i don't have any idea at all. To take one of the photo's does indicate that he'll be gone for a while, and it doesn't look like we'll find out next episode.

Also a big pile of damn. Raimei looked absolutely adorable in the hate and pink hoodie, though there wasn't a decent avatar material shot of her in this episode.

I enjoyed 17, good mix of action and drama. I think its pretty obvious where the Bantan scroll is now.

Anytime Kumohira mentioned the scroll in 17, his ear clamp was always shown, this happened a few times in 16 as well. Im thinking the scroll is either inside it or something to that nature. Interesting since all the other scrolls shown have looked normal. But Im thinking Kumohira keeps it on him which explain why he disappeared. The scroll wont be found if he's not around.

Again just my speculation but I bet dollars to donuts Im close.

Im wondering though if Fuumo-dono knows, since it just seems in his nature to know stuff like this. Everyone has stated that only Kumohira knows the location but in the end it wouldnt surprise me if Fuuma-dono knows as well.
