Kagura might win the group because of male support. Since L, Light, Dino, Mokuro, Kyoya, and Gintoki are all heavily supported by females. Three different female factions, too.

Kyonko is paired with Haruhi, and thus split votes will rape. Kyou's got a good chance at taking the group. Kyonko might if she still gets full female support, but I think they're pissed at her for taking down C.C. - I know Haruhi won't advance though.
