at first i thought that cain was pretty weak but heck when he goes beserk he is strong (x100)...the poor kid got his head bashed in >.<

The figh between Cain and Yafuri and the transformation! Awesome! This is reaaaally getting interesting! Too bad it's only three episodes left of it. WHy do they always cut the good ones short?

I do think Kotarou is Alice's kid. I mean, the look the same and they even have the same VOICE! So...I think Kotarou is the lovely lovely love child of Jirou and Alice ^__^

I am probably wrong, but my feeling was that Kotaru was rather the reincarnation of Alice. Like that other child is the reincarnation of the woman from the first scene of the first episode.

Oh man epis 9 and 10 have been awesome! I was totally fooled along with Mimiko, which is so dumb on my part since Kotaru even wonders about Kelly Wong (baka me) and ending scene is 9 was excellent and then Zelman shows up and kicks major butt! Man I wish this series was gonna be longer then 12 epis

I was thinking the same, I am probably also wrong There was a scene, I think in ep8 or 9, where that woman is in a boat, and sees Kotarou quickly on the shore, and she says "Alice", I think - oh boy, my memory Gonna have to watch them again asap

Cassa (posing as Wong-san) says "Alice?" - hrm, with question mark, so she could just be reminded of her since they look so alike. Really curious what the Alice - Kotarou connection is. Jirou seems to forget everything while searching for his "brother".

the climax is getting there...still at the start we are getting teasers of jirou's past...i expect the full story within the next ep

methinks that cassa isnt evil...she in love with jirou...and theres a hint in this ep that she only turned into a kowloon child because she was protecting "someone"...

I was thinking that too since she keeps saying she has nothing to do with him. I wonder why he doesnt like her then?

Also from the little opening scene...does it look like Alice is a vampire? I noticed but wasnt sure and Ive seen others comment on it today too.

Yeah, I agree with you on that one! There's a possibility that she is in love with Jirou, wouldnn't surprice me at all. Poor Mimiko, has to put up with tewo other ladies who likes Jirou XD haha!!

Zelman sure is cool And I love his atittude and nothing wrong with his hair and eyes either wanna see more of him in action!

So Yafiru survived. I first thought he died in ep 9 when he fought with the werewolf guy, but then aiagn, it doesn't surprice me that he survived

Like other comments, the battle with Cain after his transformation was ownage.

I orginially thought that Cassa was "posing" as Kelly Wong to get into the special zone and that there was never a Kelly Wong until the phone call .

Alice is a vampire. And I think that Jirou's bloodline is the same as her - sage bloodline. I also think that Kotarou is Alice reincarnation, because Cassa says something like Alice always interrupts her plan. Maybe Cassa killed Alice because of that?

This can be simply explained by

The fact that Cassa had stated she was the first Kowloon Child for whatever reason. Perhaps her two younger 'brothers' are the next two to be converted, and calling her an elder sister is probably done out of respect more than anything. It could be a force of habit, though.

While the speculations about Cassa are flying about, we certainly don't know what she really wants...yet. That's the most mind boggling part.

All the hints and illustration in the series has clearly pointed that Alice is....

Kotaru, Kotaru is Alice.

Remember the earlier epis where everyone had picnic. Something about the 'supreme' vampires able to reborn in any form. That's how the Dragon King looked like now, as a kid. And I guess Alice was reborn into a boy so to supress her hidden power or something like that. This I confirmed after epi 10 where Cassa said about Kotaru/Alice power.

I hope they explain about the Kwloon child before the series ends and doesn't pull a Spiral with the never finding out what Blade Children really were.

I thought the Kowloon Child(ren) was(were) simply another bloodline of vampires. It just happens that this bloodline has the ability to make mindless servant vampires out of whoever they bite, including other vampires, as opposed to the "harmless" other bloodlines who simply enjoy a meal when they bite someone. For this reason the Kowloon Children are considered too dangerous to let live and everyone kills them on sight, leading to them becoming more violent in self-defense, leading to big wars and incidents. Or they just happened to be a violent family anyway (listening to their blood perhaps?). Well, that's what I inferred.

Anyway, at this point I figure that Alice is the one who turned Jirou into a vampire in the first place. And if she reincarnated into Kotarou, then Jirou and Kotarou are in fact Bloodline brothers, so he's not lying or anything.

Cassa seems too... "sympathetic" or something to be the final boss. I don't know, she doesn't seem powerful or sinister enough to be the main villain, but there's really no one else to fill the role right now. I'm really wondering what's going to happen in these next two episodes. Or maybe there isn't a main villain, and this manages to be a "slice-of-life" vampire action show, which would be super-cool if they pulled it off. Or is it too late for that?

Well it seems pretty obvious from reading the spoilers that Alice is a vampire but I cant really see her as the reincarnation of Kotaru, I mean would Jiro have more of a hard time with that then? I mean the women he loved is now his brother? But Cassa did look at him and say "Alice" But also I cant really see Alice as a vilian, I mean from what we've seen of her, she seems more of an airhead But I could be wrong

I'm pretty much agreed that Cassa killed Alice, and Alice is a vampire.
Also seems pretty likely that Alice is now reincarnated as Kotarou, though it's questionable if he has any of her memories, or just power.
The bits where he talks about when he was living with the "princess" make it seem pretty clear he's important.

Also, I'm guessing that the one who turned Jirou into a Vampire was Alice, explaining why he's in the same blood "family" with Kotarou.

As far as the confusion over the bloodlines, here's my take.
When you become a vampire, you're in the same bloodline as the one who turned you.
If you become a Kowloon Child, you're now in the same bloodline as all the rest of them.
I'm guessing all the "brother/sister" stuff just means that people are in the same bloodline, as opposed to actually siblings.
