Yes, it is not a kiss or at least I doubt it considering there was no news that there was one (aside from the Sheryl kiss to the cheek.)

I'd be more worried about Ranka's gigantic head compared to Alto's.

On a serious note, Alto's obviously in the background and they're most likely leaning on some railings (in the park?).
