Not really sure on that. People are saying the current chapter that was leaked is indeed the last. There will probably be some extra chapter later on though.

It was a non ending. Heroine goes back to track running while ossan goes back to write yet again isolating himself from any relationship to be unsuccessful and miserable.
End.

Author tried to defend this and ended closing her webpage.
Also the coworkers couple broke up in the manga on a painful way, anime made all this look better.

Regarding death threat, it's pointless, don't do that

There's no satisfaction by forcing someone to write a story according to your liking

The true joys in reading stories are when it's going beyond your expectation, when your prediction comes true, and when you're emotionally moved by the story
This failed in all 3 for me with that ending

I removed this tangent, but just to be clear, even if you think you're being funny or ironic or just memeing... even the suggestion of a death threat is never acceptable at all, in general or on this website. Take your disappointment and anger, channel it into something more positive, and move on.

I'm in agreement with this. It failed to satisfy any condition at all because the author clearly didn't know what it is they wanted to aim for when writing this story.

Should've ended it right when Yoshino kissed Masamune tbh. It's amazing how easily a single chapter can ruin a manga's entire run.
