You can opt not to follow it, however that way of usage might annoy some people.
It's kind of like saying: "I like to watch Japanese cartoon".

At some point, I imagine its more like saying "My hovercraft is full of eels" when you wanted cigarettes.

If you want to quote, don't quote mid-sentence.

For some reason, in the overseas, you guys understood that "ecchi" (H) meant the first letter for the word "hentai," so you began to refer to these animes and games as "hentai anime" and "hentai games." (While in Japan, we never used those...we just used the letter "H" only). And as these games became more and more hardcore with rape, bondage, and tentacles, you guys began to refer to these pictures as being "hentai," whereas in Japan, we just referred to them as being "H-scenes" (ecchi-scenes).
By quoting halfway you are trying to change the intended meaning.

Anyways, I'm out of this pointless argument.
I think I'll just go with Vexx and say:

Don't sue me, Burger King. :x

Just to check, which version of the game did you install? If you installed anything other than the limited edition and then installed the update, it could have messed up. The Shuffle Update is only for the 3 CD limited edition one. I have the Regular Edition (or is it the standard edition...) and the patch worked fine.

It's pretty much based on selective piracy.

The rules are pretty specific and not hard to understand... its just that people sign up for forums without bothering to read the rules of engagement.

there are two versions of the game shuffle.

only the limited edition needs the official patch from the shuffle website.

after you have the game installed and it works in japanese you can install the english patch. download the patch and then move the files into your shuffle folder, it will ask you to replace the files and click yes.

also your windows XP has to be in JP format to display properly.

Of course, the english patch isn't done yet but the beta patch gives you an idea of how it will work.

Even mentioning you're acquiring games illegally will bring wrath down and you, if I recall, mentioned a specific site. Read the rules but basically acquiring games without paying for them is something the forum owners do not want any documentation of on their pages. Fansubs of broadcast television are a grey legal issue as it is .... illegal acquisition of games that can be purchased are well outside of any grey area.

Oo, I sure missed something (so or so, would be too tired to read it, just came back from 10 hours work).
If I may do some small advertisment for my site, it'll be up soon.
If you have interest in getting a LEGAL copy of a game, there'll be a drawing contest where you can win one
I actually had very fun some time ago with my standard edition of Shuffle, to say it more specifically my dog had fun with it >.<
I wanted to ask, if somebody knows the difference between the standard and the regular edition and where I can get both versions. Unfortunatelly my old copy of Shuffle, well, how shall I put it.. became crap
Thanks in advance
