Well, with these kind of things, it's safer to assume 'no' until proven or strongly hinted otherwise.

From what tsunade said, Sasha and Touma barely has any scenes together other than the molesting scene, which is hardly substantial.

Fukiyose had a few scenes that shows she doesn't think badly of Touma, but they're all also pretty much on the heavy friendzone side of things.

Kanzaki has her 'excuses' as to why she cares about Touma so much, but the emotional investment in her dynamic, both for comedy and drama's sake, outweighs the negative reaction significantly.

Why do you think Fukiyose is part of his harem in the first place

? In fact she's the 'Legendary Iron Wall' that was not shaken by Kamijou's 'advances'.

Nightengale assessment is pretty similar to mine, not every girl feels the same way about him. And below a certain range we can exclude them.

Protein commonly comes from meats and eggs. Meat is known to be expensive, so yeah... nice eggs.

When did he disappear (the so-called death)? I'm trying to go through the manga chapters (I've gone up to ch.40), and I can't find jack about him dying/disappearing.

Light novel volume 22, unless you count his memory loss as when he dies, in which case, one of the first chapters.
