i heard that the manga was ended prematurely becuase of some problems between peach pit and the publishers. Can someone shed some light on this?

Well yeah lot of ppl don't like that end.
And I heard that Peach-Pit won't continue with it....

And I don't care Hina stayed dead... Kira is the best ^^

That sucks, I was kinda hoping that it'll explain how Souseiseki and Hina's missing Rosa Mystica is Shinku's burden.

Guess we'll never know at this point unless the anime actually move on from there (and I am guessing it should since the anime is pretty different from the manga as of this point anyway).

Well yeah even if anime will continue it won't be like manga.
It wasn't up till now so I don't think they would make S3 with story in manga.

There is a possibility that Peach-Pit will never continue the manga (like anybody will like that, I wonder how many anonymous "DIE, DESU!" letters they have accepted until today)

Hopefully they'll give the anime a better ending. I like the anime better when they supervise it.

Things are looking better and better for the restart of the Rozen Maiden manga and a third season/series of the Rozen Maiden anime.

According to this original 2ch post by a reliable source at 2ch, copied and pasted on this 2ch thread, PEACH-PIT's Rozen [Maiden] manga begins serializing in YOUNG JUMP, starting from Issue 20 of this year.

(The actual post reads, "Rozen 20 kara," which many Japanese fans interpret as meaning that a "Rozen" manga starts serializing in the 20th issue of YOUNG JUMP.)

Also, according to this reliable source, the 81 Diver manga by Shibata Yokusaru, serialized in YOUNG JUMP, will be made into a drama (presumably, a television drama series).

I didn't think the end was that bad. Obviously extremely rushed and dissapointing, but I think it had a real significance.

Spoiler for end: They had being playing the Alice Game for hundreds of years already, why should it end there? It kind of symbolizes that there isn't an end to the Alice Game. Also, did anyone else notice? I think it was mentioned in volumes 3 and 7; Spoiler for suigintou stuff: In 7 when Kirakishou is talking to Suigintou, she says that Suigintou loves father so much that she wants to kill him (I thought she was just saying it to make a point at first). In 3 Suigintou wanted to borrow Souseiseki's shears to kill a human. I thought it might be Jun or something then and forgot for a while but that part in 7 reminded me of it. So it sounds like Suigintou actually does want to kill Rozen? And the reason why he wouldn't be dead even after she got Souseiseki's rosa mystica would be that she needs Suiseiseki's as well to actually 'kill' someone. It better be continued though. That side story at least gives some hope =D
