How is it weird that they can't transform yet? I don't have extensive knowledge about the series, but were they even in the first game?

no but this anime obviously uses all three as a reference and for those of us who played mk2 it is weird for reasons i can't say here in this thread

Mk2, which first features the little sisters, is sort of a reboot, so nope, not even a mention apparently in the first Neptunia game.

Considering the tangeant CH went with V and PP, the sisters are canon.

Please anyone who played the game could answer me, the anime is following some kind of original story or is it the MK2? I'm still playing the first game and the first ep looked like was from what I think will be the end of the first game =O

game wise, the first game is a rushed job, the dev admit that. because of that, story and gameplay is sub-par at best, which is why they're trying for a reboot.
MK2 and V on the other hand, is not rushed midway through the production, hence those two are considered canon. Supposedly the reboot will tie-in with what has been established in Mk2 and V.

Anime wise, its exactly what I expect from it. Heck, it even 'cracked' the 4th wall in the first few minutes using a boxy power adaptor.

If the sisters can't transform yet, they will undoubtedly have arcs where they will learn how, it's not that strange really, it'll just be part of their character development.

the anime is original while it takes stuff from mk2 and v it does not follow their story

It was a ridiculously fun and amusing episode, and I loled. My Seiyuu-fu is weak, however; I was only able to recognise Asami Imai as Noire and Rie Tanaka as Neptune when they henshin.

Noire was also such an adorable tsundere. This is how you do a tsundere, not some bipolar bitch who keeps hitting her supposed love interest at the drop of a hat.

Also hot damn DAT DRESS Neptune was wearing at the start. Plus Noire's dress. Kana Asumi as Blanc was interesting - totally didn't recognise her at all...

...and apparently the hooded woman who shows up at the end is voiced by Chiaking. It's about time she got more roles!

you should take a look at either wiki or at MAL for the cast..most favs are in there ;p

I did, which was why I was going @__@ at the cast, since I basically didn't recognise any of them except for Noire.
