Watched Unknown (came out in Feb). Liam Neeson is one of my top Hollywood actors. Despite being a little old, he has the maturity and an awesome acting voice and enthusiasm. It's a shame hasn't been any top-notch movies, but I'd also recommend watching Taken.

I recently saw Arthur in theaters. I thought it was going to be better....
I rewatched Lion King Two, Beetle Juice, and Transporter 3. All were pretty awesome

I watched Thor last night. I have to say, it was much better than I expected, especially for a Marvel movie. I can't say the plot was anything exceptionally new but it was fun to watch.

Some countries get movies earlier than others. Thor is already out in Germany, for example.

i had no idea some movies were released like this. you always hear about how people overseas get their movies long after they're released in the states.

Well yeah, it varies from movie to movie, the US do indeed get some movie debuts in theaters first as well. I don't really know what dictates which country gets what first.

I watched it last night and yea better than I expected. They did well enough to fit the story into such a short time frame.
While I figured the story would go the way it went, kinda obvious to those that have knowledge of the Thor comics but still a good watch.

Miss Portman was lovely, she suits the rather plain and natural look very very well.

Next up Captain America and then the Avengers, can't wait!

Fast Five was amazing. Those who have followed the series from the beginning(as tough as that's been at times) should really like it.

Beastly - there were some pacing problems, but as a retell of beauty and the beast, it succeeded in getting its message across.

Thor was out on the 22nd here in Australia. I liked it, kinda wish my local cinema had it in something other then 3D though. it didn't really seem to be a proper 3D movie too me. Anyway, had some awesome special effects.

Story wasn't too bad though I think Loki and his plot/backstory/whatever will be lost to most people.t I was kinda hoping for a bit more god related 'action' *cough* ragnarok *cough* but I've never read the Thor comics so didn't really know what to expect.

Was cool seeing Norse related stuff on the big screen. Kinda made me pine a little for AMG though as well, was hoping to see the norns in it - but I figure that they'd probably got the more traditional representation of them ie crones... but then again, maybe not considering the target audience.

After reading some replies on Thor, I'm tempted to actually go pay to go watch it at the theaters

Just looked briefly at the actors and Anthony Hopkins and Natalie Portman are starring in it. Portman is hawt...lolz, just to throw that out there.

There's going to be deleted scenes in the home release, maybe they'll delve a bit more into that then.
