goddamit i like rpg games which is why i love the persona series, if i wanted a fighting game id follow DOA.

Tanaka Rie recently tweeted about a Persona fighting game being announced with a "mufufu" ("hehehe").

Some Japanese fans interpret this meaning that though not officially announced yet, her character Mitsuru will appear in the game.

Seems Atlus is going for the same route as Capcom to fighting game since they out sold MVC3. Lets see if Persona can out do UMVC3.

They're not going one character per arcana. Both Aegis and the P4 MC have the Fool Arcana.

With that, she would have different arcana than Fool arcana.

Doesn't matter, Palladion/Athena is the persona most commonly associated with Aigis. Yu will probably only use Izanagi as his persona in the fighting game anyway even though he's Fool arcana too.

Or would you rather have Aigis using Orpheus?

(I need to get used to calling him Yu, since that's his official name now.

)

Why would Athena change her arcana? With the Fool arcana she's allowed to switch to any persona she wants. It's part of the plot that the Fool can use multiple persona.

She's not Fool.

Her persona type (Palladion and Athena) are Chariot.
Her social link is Aeon

Besides, if we have one character for each arcana then Fool is already taken by Izanagi since judging from the title, P4 cast takes priority

By that theory, she'd have to be Aeon, as Chie would take Chariot. I don't think we can make any sort of assumptions here. And in the screenshot, she was labeled Fool.

I can sort of imagine an arcana heart style working here, pick a character then arcana, although that wouldnt make sense since only the MC's can change persona

Yes she is. Look at the character selection screen. There are two Fools. The one on the left is Aegis.

Story-wise, Aegis has been The Fool since The Answer.

There's no rule that there can only be one character per arcana.

I'm cool with Aigis + Orpheus. Depending how canon they want to get, that might be the closest we're getting to P3's MC.

lets hope they combine all the characters from p3 and p4 and HAVE THE MC FROM P3 COME BACK!!!.......should of done that in FES >_>
