So I just finished Episode 1, and it feels like some parts were taken from the comics... Anyways, it seems that the anime is ok, though the characters need a bit of exposition for non-game players like me. Laughed out at some 'references' which I think I overanalyzed...

IF's my favorite character already. Hands off! XD

On the episode proper, I find that 2 episodes in, Neptunia isn't quite catching my interest the way Sword Art Online,Total Eclipse or Girls und Panzer did a year ago, though admittedly I had already read the SAO light novels and liked the idea, and Total Eclipse had mecha and DEM PILOTSUITS, so that was a plus. And I've always liked tanks, even if I did ragequit World of Tanks for about 2 years...

That said, the voice cast is solid, and I like the little in-jokes and reimagining of the console wars, so I guess I'll stick with it a little longer and see how the series goes - though I do wonder about the pacing, given that this is supposed to be, IIRC, a 12-ep series.

I'm not really expecting much from this series. Episode 3 was alright. I am however, loving the amount of moe girls and boobs in the show. Also the comedy isn't that bad.

It seems like a lot of shows now use funny chibi's in their ED's. Is this becoming a trend? Ah who cares. It's funny.

Actually rather than the chibis, I noticed a whole lot of jiggling in the ED. Uhm, yes, the jiggling, and ironically NOT from Vert.

Yeah, she has dressed up as a number of characters in games, anime, etc., that she has voiced down through the years.
