Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Harajuku Kawaii Ambassador
Earlier this month Late last month, Shibuya Mayor Kuwahara Toshitake crowned Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ; real name, Takemura Kiriko) as the Kawaii Ambassador of Harajuku - a highly influential international capital of Japanese street fashion in the Shibuya Ward of Tokyo, including lolita (sweet, classic, gothic, punk, etc.), visual kei, and more.
(Known as a big fan of Harajuku, American singer-songwriter and fashion designer Gwen Stefani helped popularized it in the United States.) Produced by songwriter, music producer and DJ Nakata Yasutaka of the Japanese electronic duo capsule (himself and singer Koshijima Toshiko) - Nakata is also the producer of the three-member Japanese electropop/technopop girl group Perfume, whose song "Polyrhythm" was used in the 2011 Disney Pixar theatrical animated feature Cars 2 - here are music videos of three Kyary Pamyu Pamyu songs which have gone viral on YouTube, "PONPONPON," "Tsukema Tsukeru," and "CANDY CANDY", followed by the Perfume song, "Polyrhythm": きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ - PONPONPON きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ - つけまつける [Tsukema Tsukeru] きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ - CANDY CANDY Perfume - Polyrhythm MV Cars 2 Original Soundtrack - 05. Just would like to share this song, 夏至の果実 Geshi no Kajitsu by Mikako-shi . It was ripped from Utsunomiya Takashi no 20miles radio program which is co-hosted by Utsunomiya and Komatsu Mikako.
And I'm still hearing 'Chun-Li', just like when she sang it live Spoiler for Live version:
