Not everything from that list gets adapted. I'm still holding on a faint hope that The Apothecary Diaries gets adapted but I'm not holding my breath. Heck, Imhotep did well in one of those polls and still isn't adapted. 'Some' of what polls top 10 on that list gets adapated. And not surprisingly, shounen and isekai will stand a better chance to for obvious reasons.

There are two twitter sources for it which historically have been extremely reliable. Both tweets ended up deleted for reasons completely unrelated to their veracity. One leaker deleted their account after reportedly receiving death threats from CSM fans for leaking behind-the-scenes problems at MAPPA, and the other deleted the original tweet when some moron replied with the identity of the source. He had no choice but to delete it to protect their identity.

As for how much they adapt, we're in the same boat as with any ongoing manga. I think BokuYaba has a chance to be a commercial success, but if they're greenlighting one season at a time I imagine they'll plan on stopping somewhere around chapter 30-35, and there are a couple logical enough spots they could choose.

I wonder what they're going to do with the twitter extra chapters. They're quite important, and sometimes even get referenced by official chapters later. They're also hilarious and often quite racy. I think the anime needs to find a way to use them.
